I am rejecting this response because: When I talked to the owner on the phone, she agreed to $150.00 refund. I learned of the $120.00 when Revdex.com emailed me. I was never made aware of the $120.00 until Revdex.com informed me. At that time, I told Revdex.com that they had made a mistake, the owner agreed to $150.00. I then received a voicemail from the owner stating it would be $120 and not $150.00 as previously discussed. Why didn't the owner tell me that when I informed the owner of my complaint? If the owner would have explained the rationale for the $120.00 upfront, I would have understood. Nothing was said and the price was agreed to and then I received Revdex.com email and a check for $120.00 which I was not expecting. I feel, I was not treated fairly again.
