We discovered that the customer was having issues regarding billing and insurance. contracted with a Third party that assists us with filling insurance and billing statements. investigating the matter, it was determined that we did not have the correct address for the customer's dental insurance. Because of that, the dental insurance claim had been denied multiple times, thus causing the customer to have a balance.As of today, we have rectified the customer's account; there is no balance. We have closed the customer's account, therefore no additional billing statements will be sent. Our office reached out to the customer via phone on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 in order to provide an update and share this information. At the end of the phone call, the customer thanked us for handling the situation. We will also follow up with an official letter stating the same information that was given to the customer during the phone call.
