Nova Appliance Repairs

Nova Appliance Repairs has a diagnostics service they provide that cost $59.95. The technician visited my home 8/9/2019. He stated that, "the main board went bad". However; my husband replaced the part whom is an electrician and the board was not the issue. While we attempted to tell the technician his diagnostics was incorrect and that he should refund our money. He stated, "he knows the African American community and this is why he did not correctly diagnose the unit". The technician/owner apparently immediate to incorrectly diagnose the unit because he wanted to prevent us from self-repairing.
