Review: In Febuary I called 800 number (smart shoppers) on post card to sign up for a $100 gift card for [redacted]. Was billed over $20 dollars for sign up fees for travel, food memberships. Never recieved gift card. Tried to call in April but phone number did not exist. Another post card was received with different copmany for family savings. Talked to 1 manager & explained problem with 1st card. He said 2 different companies but would check the mail out department & if I did not hear from him in 2-3 business days to call. I talked to another manager & gave him 1st manager's name but he said he was not there so explained situation again & he hung up on me. In May got a call from 1st company & manager explained they had the wrong address so that's why I did not get my gift card even though the membership packets came to me ok & I cancelled them promptly. He said to go through the automated voice message again to get confirmation for new card & I would NOT be charged for the promotions & card would come in mail in 2 days. Well I was again charged over $20 dollars, no confirmation number was give to activate card & no card has shown up. Now I am getting new promo stuff to cancel again with no satisfaction of anything FREE!! I feel this is a scam & should be shut down!Desired Settlement: I want my $100 gift card for [redacted] & stop these from being mailed to others who are unsuspecting victims.

Review: I received a card in the mail regarding the company was trying to reach saying I was eligible to claima reward vlalued at

$100.00. I called May 24, 2014, I was told I had been selected to receive a gift rebate certificate good at [redacted], and more.

I had to pay $3.95 (S+H) fee which I did with my [redacted] debit card...My Claim# on the card is [redacted]. The person told me I would receive the

card within 2 weeks of my phone call. I was given a confirmation #[redacted]. I have called back at least 3 to 4 times since my initial

call asking where the card is and always I get the run around. They will tell that it's in the mail I should expect it within days..I called

again on Monday Junes 30, 2014 I was told someone would call me back within 24 hrs.. I never received a call back. Their toll free # ###-###-####.
