We are in receipt of your January 18, 2017 letter regarding Mr. [redacted]. We sent the Profusion heater that was advertised to our Arnold retail store and can confirm that Mr. [redacted] has picked up the unit. Our company ran a nationwide retail store only advertisement and the item sold out....
