had also missed a document at the table (his error). We told him that if I can get approval for the 2nd trip from our client I would be happy to pay but she did not agree that his fee was valid and since he communicated fees directly behind our back we can not honor his additional fee.
furthermore I see that he states he has not received payment for file XXXXXX - please see copy of cashed check showing file paid (file # listed top left hand corner of check.)
