I ordered 17 signs from this place. When my order for here only 16 were there. I contacted them. They did not contact me, and I was told they were out of one sign but didn't back order. I was fine until the next day I got the invoice and they charged me for shipping. On my printed copy it shows free shipping which is why I used this site. I contact them about this and they say there is a disclaimer on the home page. I was using my phone when I found the site and was never in the home page. It didn't say anything about there shipping tool was broke that it would be charged later. the email the contacted me by was nasty and ended in passive aggressive content that I did not appreciate. I will never do business with this company again and recommend using someone else if you are looking for customer satisfaction
