After receiving the complaint letter from the Revdex.com, I, *** ***, the owner of Dry Clean Super Center contacted the person who complained and had a very polite conversation regarding his lost garments. I apologized for the any of the problems from trying to get his garments. I
explained the garments were here and could be picked up at his convenienceHe thanked me and we hung up our conversation He called back and explained he was in front of other people when I called and still need to talk with meHe started complaining all over again"in an effort to help me run my business". He voiced several problems he was having with my staff and that they were not helpful and would not give them my name or phone numberAfter several minutes of my attempt to express additional apologies the person was impossible to talk to so I hung up. Maybe this isn't professional,however, I did the best I could to settle his grievance and assured him my employees would know about his complaintHe mentioned he owned businesses, he needs to remember I too am a consumer and was treating him the way I would want to be treated when I first contacted him
