Our experience started out OK to have our heat pump/indoor unit replaced. However, the job was left unfinished with no working A/C. The owner did not want to hook the A/C up his first trip out, saying the temperature needed to be consistently at 75 degrees to finish that part of the job. He seemed pretty stubborn about it too, but I took his word for it at the time. Well, we needed the A/C yesterday with it raining outside and the windows closed. Called the company to inquire about it, only to receive an automated message that the "subscriber has had this number turned off from receiving incoming calls". I've sent multiple texts to him and one email, none of which have been responded too. Oddly enough, he was very responsive when trying to earn my business. Furthermore, the thermostat was wired incorrectly. I could not turn the fan off at all, despite the system being in off-mode and the fan being on Auto. I called the maker of the thermostat, which is where we discovered it was wired incorrectly.
I could go on. Unprofessional and I feel like I paid 3500.00 for a hack job and a warranty that may never be honored.
Product_Or_Service: New Central Air Heat Pump and Outdoor Unit
Refund It would be nice to get money back for a job that was never finished and were left with a non-working A/C unit. I've been unable to reach the owner of the company to resolve 1 on 1.
Please cancel this case. I have made contact with the business since opening this case and everything is resolved.
