Norwalk Taxi, Inc.

The dispatcher is the most aggressive, rude, and nastiest person I could ever imagine to represent this company. I couldn't hear what he asked me since he was far from the phone, I asked him to repeat what he said, he screamed "do you speak english?!" into the phone. I wouldn't trust this man or his affiliates with my life in the back seat of a taxi.

Problem: Taxi driver was driving extra slow. Not being the first taxi I've ever entered, it was very noticeable.
Action: I asked the driver why he was driving extra slow. I did not ask him to speed, did not rush him. I just asked him and used a soft tone. Was not accusatory at all, because I did not want to start anything, just asked him why he was driving 'extra slow'.
Response: The Norwalk Taxi driver became beligerant and threatening towards me.
Immediately a stop was requested because safety as a passenger was an issue at this point.
Will not recommend Norwalk Taxi to any of my family, friends, neighbors.
