Review: [redacted] stated he could get a stain I had in cream colored [redacted] pocketbook. Told me to pay him money up front. I asked him what happens if you can't get stain out. Mr [redacted] stated I guarantee to get stain out . If I don't I will refund your money. Mr [redacted] was not able to get stain out and refused to give me my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund
