Norton Oil Company

Review: We were under a contract with norton oil. We paid the $75 per month and in return, they were to supply us with heating oil. Norton has apparently gone out of business. Phone calls go to an answering machine and messages are not returned. They currently have over $600 of our money.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a full refund for our money. We need the money to purchase heating oil this winter.

Review: I have over $800 in credit at Norton Oil. I called for oil delivery and discovered another company ([redacted]) is taking their calls and doing deliveries but they are not honoring any money Norton currently has. If I need oil, I will have to pay another company for delivery of it, even though I have quite a bit on record at Norton. I left a message at the original Norton number (twice) and also sent an email but received no response.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded so I can purchase oil somewhere else or have Norton send the money to the company they are advertising on their site and phone that is now handling their deliveries and service.

Review: Pre-paid for heating oil for our home. No heating oil has been delivered.Desired Settlement: $1,201.20 as a cash refund or oil delivery for equal amount.

Review: We prepaid our oil for the winter of 2013 - 2014. We paid them $2,224 for a guaranteed price of $3.159. Newspaper reports that this business closed due to "mysterious reasons". Calls to the company are answered by a message referring customers to competitor oil companies and prepaid customers will be contacted shortly.

I believe this company my have gone out of business.Desired Settlement: I received only one delivery of approximately 100 gallons and would like a refund of my outstanding Ballance.
