The business failed to resolve a reservation mistake. BY not having a proper reservation/email follow up process, a property that my family was looking to rent was booked by another party, even though Northwoods had in there possession an email, dated prior to the overbook, stating the desire to book the property, the dates in question and the property description. The email specifically requested next step information about securing the rental.
A series of calls to the business discovered, that due to a failure to review business correspondence(emails), honoring of reservation requests and follow up with customers in not a priority with this business.
