I have purchased from this site once before and it took months to receive the brasI placed another order on April 30th, 2018, and still haven't received the bras I orderedI was charged, and the only email I got was a confirmationIt said I would later receive an email with the tracking number, but never didI kept checking the website and it always said my order was getting ready to be shippedI went to check the page I saved today, and it no longer existsI have tried emailing them and haven't had any responses
I ordered matte lipstick from Melabottino.com on May 2, I haven't received any information from them regarding my order statusAll I know is that they charged my credit card as soon as the items were purchasedI have emailed them about this issue and haven't received a responseI know typically even if a product is on back order that time takes to weeksI'm still waiting for something a month and two weeks later which is unacceptableIf the company would have updated me on the progress of my order I wouldn't mind waitingI honestly still want the product that I paid for and hope they do better business in the future
I ordered tubes of lipstick almost months agoI have not received the product or any correspondence about where my merchandise is or when I might be receiving itOr even if I can receive a refund on my orderI am highly aggravated
On 1/15/I placed an online order for lipstick through MelabottinoOn the 25th I emailed their "customer support" because I had not gotten any tracking updateThe tracking number they gave me did not workI got a response three days later saying "here is your tracking number" and gave me the same non working tracking number By 2/5/I was *** that I still had no updated tracking info, so I sent ANOTHER email to their customer support.....no answerI then took to FB and began commenting on several posts letting people know of the horrible experience I have hadMelabottino tried to shut me up by marking my posts as spam and deleting my commentsI got no response from any comment until I mentioned that I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.comThey then told me they have never gotten a complaint and that I needed to know what I was talking about before throwing out accusations (pretty professional right) and after that they BLOCKED ME from being able to comment on their FB
I ordered different lipsticks from Melabottino and notified them before the product was sent out that the order was wrongThey than proceeded to send me lipsticks of the same colorI have been emailing them since February 1, that the order was wrongI received the order on February 15, and I responded again that my order was incorrectThe company than asked for pictures of the product which I did send to them on February 23, No responseI sent another email 3/1/No response to the last emailsThe only thing I requested is how can we rectify the situationI really wanted the lipsticks, but now I don't want anything from them But my money because this company isn't professional or customer service oriented They didn't apologize and say they would take care of this or anything of the suchI resent the email with my correct different lipsticks but got of the sameI would really appreciate some resolution in this situationThank you

I have tried to get into contact with the company theough several emails, and through the websiteI am feeling as if I have been scammed and ripped offI will be getting into contact with my bank to reverse transaction, report to the australian faid trade commission and do what I possibly can so this company does not rip off any otger fellow international buyers in AustraliaIt may not be a large amount of money the the morals of this company are wrong, scam artist and a disgraceNot a single email or attempt has been made to try and resolve the issue on their sideI have a copy of thetransaction to be taken to my bank and used as per necessary
