Yes, [redacted] my name is [redacted].  I am responding to a complaint #[redacted] by a [redacted].  I’m just going to go through this really quick systematically.  She first states in her complaint that I quit the job which is not true.  My equipment is still over there.  That’s...

A.  She went into the hospital.  I have not ever asked her for any payment.  She was to call me when she got out.  Never did.  When the block wall supposedly fell down.  It did not fall down.  Not one block was broken.  Those concrete blocks, 60 feet long fell down, they would have a lot of broken blocks.  They are not.  They are all stacked neatly along with the rebar, etc.  I feel these people just took this wall down period, themselves.  They are trying to get by without paying.  It just goes on and on.  There really ya know moral turpitude and I’m kind of irritated by this whole thing.  I went over the same night I got the letter from the Revdex.com.  I went directly to her house.  I told her you never called me.  She said that her estranged grandson-in-law, the one who was handling this job, no longer lives there.  So all of a sudden there was no communication.  I feel that these people took down this section of the wall.  The whole front wall is up and perfect.  I feel that they did this to get by without paying.  It just goes on and on with them.
