We sent out control surveys We are mandated by Washington State Department of Health to administer cross connection control program These notices are just standard language We sent out the first notice on June 9th with a deadline of 06/ We did not receive any response
at all We send out a second notice on 07/with a deadline of 08/ We did receive a response online on 07/30, so two days after we sent the notice And then we received one mailed in on 08/ We did not ask for a second one to be mailed We did not send any correspondence to say we were going to disconnect them We have on there to please contact us if you have any questions or concerns We did not receive any calls
