Northwest Water Services

My neighborhood is small and we have a water well distributed by *** which is owned by another company and another on top of that. When we moved to this neighborhood we were warned that you would not be able to find the water company and would have to wait for them to threaten to shut off services to get their information to pay the water bill. Okay. Turns out I had to call three different water companies, city hall, my realtor, and still nothing. It took three months but they sent a flyer saying they were increasing there rates and I had the contact info. Which isn't their phone number, its a collection of small water companies all with different neighborhoods. I finally get ahold of them and they are rude, condescending and arrogant every single time I talk to them. At first it was them not transferring the account from the previous owner to us. Then it was them sending the bill to his address and not the one that was USING THE WATER.

Now this go around it's been a battle for how to pay. They frequently do not answer there phones, have no website or other way to pay. I called, gave my card information.cause they don't save it on there system and suddenly there is a issue with the card I've used to pay this account for 6 months. They can't process it and refuse to process it. I call them back, no answer, left admittedly extremely rude message, no return call. They send us a 2nd warning shut off notice with no 1st warning and I call and give her my card number, now its good and it processed. They sent two receipts, I called back to make sure they didn't charge me twice and they put in my wrong middle intial. The lady said that always happens and not to worry about it then hangs up without solving anything.

I so wish they were not a utility service and I could choose any other service. Anything else.
