Crooks! Damaged my car when towing it and refused to make it right.

PRICE GOUGING IN A BREAKDOWN SITUATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!On 6- 27 -2017 one of our trucks shut down in a construction zone to where the State Trooper needed to call a Tow truck for removal. After the trooper could not get *** he called Northwest Towing who towed our truck approximately 10 miles and charged us 650.00. I thought this was unreasonable since I signed off that they never even pulled driveshaft etc. so I called *** who the trooper first called and received a price A "'QUOTE" of 369.00 for the same tow.I called the owner who gave me this spill of due to a trooper call they have to be there in 15 minutes or so and this is the reason for the cost and was real uncooperative and rude to me and telling me that I was a know it all etc. since his conversation could not buffalo with excuses such as this for the high price. I understand everyone's pricing is different but feel this was taking advantage of the consumer due to being broke down and called by a State trooper as the owner used as an excuse for the high cost. I explained I could understand a cost of no more than 500.00 which is still a considerable difference in pricing from a local competeter.I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED THE STATE TROOPER HEADQUARTERS AND MADE A COMPLAINT AND INFORMED THEM OF THE OWNERS STATEMENT OF COST OF BEING CALLED BY THEM AND THE REQUIRED RESPONSE TIME AS A REASONING FOR THE HIGH COST AND THE TROOPER ADVISED E THAT THIS IS NOT TRUE AND THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT ALSO!!!

I had a van tow from Elwood to Indy a 40 mile tow the dispatcher on the phone told me it would cost $75.00 bucks then when my van got devliver the price change and it was higher it was $275.00 . After this accident I read there Google reviews and a lot people complaining saying the same thing.
