Review: I paid off a loan on my 94 Chevy pickup and received a receipt for the payment in full however northwest title loan paid off a different account for a blazer I had a loan on. This was not what I wanted. I wanted to pay off my Chevy truck. They sent me the wrong title in the mail and refuse to correct the mistake. I showed then proof of the mistake and they responded by saying sorry for the mistake but there is nothing they can do to correct the mistake that they made. They instead blackmailed me by saying if I posted off all debt they world correct the mistake. Video Surveillance Will confirm that I came in and asked to pay off my 94 Chevy pickup. I simply want them to fix their mistake without the blackmail and Subterfuge. I paid one thousand dollars to pay off my truck and have a receipt for that payment. I want northwest title loan to give my the title for my truck that I paid one thousand dollars for.Desired Settlement: I want my title for my truck 94 Chevy pickup that I paid one thousand dollars for.
