On 2/5/2016, we were referred to Northwest Services from a Volvo dealership in the area for a call out to one of our Semi's that had blown a hose on the interstateWe originally were quoted a price of for parts, labor and a call outWhen repair was done, my driver called me and said the price went up to $I was a little bothered about the increase but I know sometime something unexpected arises in the repairJust I was about to generate funds to pay the bill, my driver called back and said the bill was now $because the interstate had closed because of a fatal accident and it was up to us to pay an hourly rate for their driver not being able to return a promptly as he should haveI voiced my opinion to Brad about having to pay for a situation that was clearly out of my controlHe clearly did not care, sent me an estimated bill that I had to pay on the spot or they would call the police on my driverI paid the estimated bill, told Brad I expected a refund for
