For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to your recent letter 5-21-I want you to know I have contacted Northwest Bank approxfive times trying to resolve this matterEvery discussion with Northwest Bank I was told they didn't know what to sayThey made no attempt to forward title during any of my inquiry's , furthermore they ignored several requests from my bank *** *** as they needed title to place a lien on it due to the loan I took out to purchase this vehicle 9-18-Northwest Bank held the title with a lien on from previous owner's loan and should've been forwarded in a timely matterNorthwest Bank has breeched said contract and as a result I have been stuck making payments on a vehicle I cannot use and incurred extra expensesI paid insurance on said vehicle which is of no use to me as vehicle is not, has not been registered in my nameThis is why I filed a complaint with Revdex.com to solve this matterNorthwest Bank needs to reimburse me for all costs I have spentThis includes insurance, interest and paymentsNorthwest Bank may take possession of said vehicleI just want this resolvedNorthwest Bank is responsible for this complaintI think they need to do the right thing and correct this matter immediatelyThey refused to cooperate. I want their shoddy practices publicized and their attitudes and how they handle things knownThis isn't the first time I was treated badly the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude and short and didn't even have the courtesy to say Im sorryThis caused me to be without money now and
created a hardshipI have had many people say in the past couple days that they have been treated this wayI was going to open a checking account here in this bank and even apply for loans but not nowThey destroyed personal property and now I have to pay a $fee to have another card expedited to meI think at the very least they should reimburse me for this but I will not hold my breath for them to do so

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Re: Complaint Number [redacted] Dear Ms. [redacted]:I am writing with regard to the complaint that I filed with the Revdex.com against Northwest Savings Bank. In the letter they submitted to you on November 3, they noted that they contacted me on November 1. This is correct; I spoke with Pam B[redacted] regarding my complaint. She notified me that they are reviewing their accounts to determine the cause of their error, and that they would be in touch once they could provide more information.Their letter states that "As of the date of this letter, Mr. [sic] [redacted]'s concerns have been addressed." This is entirely inaccurate. I have received no information on how a line of credit was opened in my name, and all of my requests regarding a resolution to this matter have gone unaddressed. If anything, I am more upset with the inaccuracy of their claim that they have solved the problem. The fact that they have been unable to report how an account was opened in my name, that they have been unable to assure me that the account has been deleted, that they have been unable to assure me that my credit rating has in no way been affected by this account, and that they have given me no assurances that my personal information will not be disseminated is completely unacceptable. They have resolved nothing, and my concerns are magnified by their ineptitude.I am very appreciative of your assistance in this matter, and look forward to a quick resolution to this mismanagement of my information by Northwest Savings Bank.Sincerely,[redacted] ###-###-####

Re: Complaint ID #[redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],As Ms. [redacted] stated in her response, we spoke to one another on June 3, 2015 on two separate occasions. I explained to Ms. [redacted] during our first phone conversation that we have nothing in our records that indicates the ATV title was to be sent to [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] indicated during our second conversation that she spoke with the [redacted] loan officer who said that she did send an Authorization for Title Release with the payoff check. I again explained to Ms. [redacted] that we have no record of receiving it.This matter could have been resolved sooner had we been made aware of the issue. Unfortunately, Ms. [redacted]'s Revdex.com complaint was the first time Northwest Savings Bank's Resolution Department was made aware that there was a problem.We are unable to accommodate Ms. [redacted]'s request to return the proceeds of her loan with [redacted] back to them. Ms. [redacted]'s obligation is not to Northwest Savings Bank but rather with [redacted]. She will need to discuss her request with them. We have however ordered a duplicate title and once received we will forward to [redacted]. At this time, there is nothing further we can do. The basis of Mr. [redacted]’s complaint is that Northwest’s policy requiring a 30 day waiting period prior to enrolling...

in mobile deposit is not well known or clear to the customer.Mr. [redacted] stated that he opened his account on August 18, 2017 and was informed that mobile deposit would not be available on his account until 30 days had passed from the day on which he opened his account. After the 30 days had passed, Mr. [redacted] did not have mobile deposit available on his account. Mr. [redacted] stated that at this point he reached out to our Customer Service Department who informed him that the 30 day wailing period is based upon the date on which a customer enrolls in Online Banking.The employee whom opened Mr. [redacted]’s account explained to him the Online Banking/Mobile Banking enrollment process as well as the fact that the waiting period begins when Online Banking enrollment is complete. Per the branch manager, this specific employee is thorough when opening new accounts and thoroughly explains each document and the specifics that affect customers.Northwest has established the 30 day waiting period as a security feature to prevent account abuse or fraud.
