I rented an apartment thru this business and Adam Brown was the agent who showed us the apartment. We payed a $900.00 deposit and we're trying to get the deposit back. We left the apartment just as clean as the day we moved in and I have pictures to prove the condition the last day I left. I have spoken to Mr. Brown the last week of January and asked him when I would receive my deposit, he said he wasn't aware that it hadn't been sent and he would take care of it.

I have received my deposit check back from Northwest Real Estate and choose to close this complaint.
