This company cares nothing about renters and will even go so far as to have their shady lawyers take people to court for THEIR OWN faults and mistakes. They figure the judge will always side with them anyways which is sadly the case (at least here in McHenry County

Beware of Northwest Properties USA! They took our rental application, complete with Social Security and bank account numbers. After telling us we were approved and scheduling an appointment to sign the lease, they told us the night before we were to sign that the owner changed his mind. We had reserved a u-haul and of course, had stopped searching for a house. Now we have no place to live with one person commuting about 100 miles a day and the other starting college next week. Was this a scam to get our personal information for fraud purposes? Who knows. I definitely recommend not doing business with Northwest Properties USA!
