Window install was on 8/24/ Installers were prompt and efficient Wowever windows arrived cracked, was told replacements ordered that day and to expect weeks for delivery install and then we could get inspectedAfter date promised no word so we called and were told pgt was behind and next TuesdayNext Tuesday came and no word so we called again and were promised the following Tuesday again no deliveryFinally A rep showed up on October with windowsThe bottom bedroom window did not come in still on back order,the bathroom frosted windows came in clear We are still waiting for windows
