Review: I was on a payment agreement/contract for services concerning my retired Service Dog when he passes away. This mostly involves failure to communicate in my opinion, as well as a business should towards me. They were hard to get a hold of by their mobile phone, business phone, email address and in person as well at times. I even hand wrote them letters and mailed them to them. They didn't respond to those but, once or twice. I just recently found out they have gone out of business but as to when I dont know and last I knew of from them last year in 2014 they had moved their office to their house and I am not comfortable with doing transactions in their private home which I did verbally tell them such at that time. They said they would keep their main business open on the main drag across from yokes for the cremation and funeral services part. My contract is not expired as of yet. I want refunded what they took off with being I've heard they closed down sometime in the fall of last year. I tried reaching them through all means possible last fall to give them another payment by them coming by my sister's house to pick up either cash or money order payments. They never responded to my emails, snail mail (tried once), I dont know where specifically their house is in Airway Heights. I still would even now not want to do business transactions in their home as I am still not comfortable with it and it doesn't feel right to be conducting business with them in their home rather then their official office as to where it used to be. I also tried their business number around the same time last fall and it was disconnected. I tried the mobile phone several times and left messages about them coming up to my sister's house to pick up payments (they had verbally agreed to this last summer of 2014) and the voice mail greeting talked about their business but didn't mention anything about going out of business. They NEVER returned my phone calls! I still have the money order stub receipts and the purchase receipts from Wal-Mart, I still have the written contract/agreement, I still have all the the payment receipts for all payments ever made via money order and/or cash. I also have a sheet or so of total owing back then and how much I had paid towards what I was owing. I want refunded to me whatever I had paid them towards the services I had signed the payment agreement/contract agreement with them. I believe I had paid close to approx $400.00 towards the payment agreement/contract. If you want copies of all the paper stuff I have, I can get them for you. I just need to get the storage unit and pick up the file folder this week. Let me know being I gave up trying to reach them last fall for even a refund. What is the point of trying to reach them for either making a payment towards what is owed or trying to get a refund if the business never returns your phone calls, emails, handwritten and mailed letters, etc ?Desired Settlement: I want a Refund of the total I have already paid towards services in a payment agreement/contract, I had come to realize I am never going to receive due to lack of severe communication issues on their end and them closing down their business. They have a for RENT sign up in their official office that they were supposed to be using for cremation and funeral services last I had heard from them last year of 2014. Where else are they going to do cremation and funeral services. I seriously doubt in their home and yard, that would probably more than likely go against City of Airway Heights Jurisdiction codes and quite morbid in my opinion.
