Reviewed the facility signage and it appears that we need to update hours and/or our staff Notice ending #*** has been voided as of 11/28/

Based upon what we have on file, and with all due respect, your own description of this matter appears to be inaccurate in the following regards:
1. The expiration shown on the receipt you previously provided was actually 12:PM, (NOT 12:PM as
you have stated in your complaint)
2. To date, we have received two checks from you, each for $1.50, ($total, and NOT $24)
Considering your own admittance of returning “no later than pm,” we still consider our 50% fee reduction a fair, if not generous, compromise given the fact that you were parked past the metered time for which you had paid. Please understand that although you may still “feel this is unfair,” generally the alternative approach to parking enforcement is towing and we consider our method much less intrusive and inconvenient, as well as significantly less expensive. These situations can be completely avoided in the future by simply selecting and pre-paying for a more accurate amount of time required for your vehicle parking. We would appreciate your timely payment of the balance remaining due.
