I have received a complaint letter from your organization on December 15th of 2017 made by a customer of ours ([redacted]) stating that he has made some repairs on the vehicle such as Brakes, Engine Codes and all what is...

mentioned in the letter. From our understanding, that Mr. [redacted] is asking for reimbursement on the repairs he has made on the car as well as the towing costs.
Our response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint letter is the following:
1- Mr. [redacted] never tried to notify us with the vehicle issues he claimed to have. Also he never tried getting a hold of us to talk about his reimbursement issue.
2- Upon purchase, Mr. [redacted] had signed an "AS IS" Buyer's Guide form stating that the purchased vehicle has no dealer warranty. We have the signed forms attached.
With that being said, we are willing to help out as best as we could only if the customer is willing to work with us. Thank you.

I have tried to notify dealership and have received no calls back I have notified financing company of situation and that the car actually caught fire due to defects also dealer falsified information to obtain car loan for the purchase of my vehicle which I have made the financing company aware and of I was deliberately ripped off and sold a very dangerous car and if I do not have the repair bill taken care of I will be pursuing further legal action my children and I could have gotten very hurt or killed in this car
