OK, this is the owner responding to this person complaint. She took her car in we informed her that it would take about a hour and half. FYI I've informed my technicians not to rush because we don"t want to damaged anything on the customers car. Right before they finished she came into the shop...

yelled at my techs " WHEN WILL MY CAR BE DONE ITS BEEN TWO HOURS" when in fact it was a little over an that hour and half when the car was completed. So, she started yelling at my secretary about how long it took and my secretary told her it was less than two hours. She got highly upset threw the credit card receipt at my secretary stormed out the door slammed the door wide open and left it that way before she could get the invoice. Later called back yelling and demanding a invoice WE said no not if she's going to treat us this way, and the her husband called back and called the owner a" BOY" this type of behavior is that of a first grader and totally unbecoming as a woman and as adults and it will not be tolerated under any circumstances especially if we did nothing to deserve this. Our business tenor with these people is terminated based solely upon their behavior. No invoice no warranty they have a new windshield and new wipers we're done. Don't care to business with people who act like this its unacceptable! We will not tolerated people abusing our staff as for the wipers it goes by application you can't put the wrong ones on.
