We received a service request from customer [redacted] ,of LG dishwasher door was brokenBased on technician estimate he recommended ordering parts before disassembling unit, dishwasher's door would fall down when customer will try to open itCustomer paid $plus tax for service call with estimate .Customer will call us if they will decide to repair the unit After short time we received call from customer to go ahead with repairWhen technician came second time, in process of taking down lower panel, he noticed error message on the displayHe then discussed and explained the issue to the customer,that now they have two separate issues with dishwasherDoor repair is mechanical, and error message is electronic, and in order to fix error message he needed to replace guide assemblyMrs [redacted] called her husband and they decided to only fix the door issue(Technician did have all parts needed at that time) So technician replaced spring hinge and connector assembly, tested dishwasher door, it was performing greatHe did reset error message, and warned customer that it might come back, and recommended to replace guide assemblyFor second bill customer paid $plus tax Our technician is a factory authorized to work on LG appliances, he goes to all classes offered by factory, and passed all of their test, he is knowledgeable and experienced Sincerely, Northwest Home Appliance, Inc

After short time we received call from customer to go ahead with repair. When technician came second time, in process of taking down lower panel, he noticed error message on the display. He then discussed and explained the issue to the customer,that now they have two separate issues with dishwasher. Door repair is mechanical, and error message is electronic, and in order to fix error message he needed to replace guide assembly. Mrs. [redacted] called her husband and they decided to only fix the door issue. (Technician did have all parts needed at that time)
So technician replaced 2 spring hinge and connector assembly, tested dishwasher door, it was performing great. He did reset error message, and warned customer that it might come back, and recommended to replace guide assembly. For second bill customer paid $259.98 plus tax.
Our technician is a factory authorized to work on LG appliances, he goes to all classes offered by factory, and passed all of their test, he is knowledgeable and experienced.
