Hello-- this particular customer not only signed an agreement when she registered that she understood there were no refunds, which she can find in her customer portal and I can provide Registrants cannot complete registration unless they agree to our policy, which they do so electronically
online It states: SUMMER TUITION FINANCIAL POLICIES: *Parents PLEASE familiarize yourself with these policies; you also must agree that you understand these terms upon registration. Summer tuition is due in full by June 1st and cannot be pro-rated. If you will be absent for part of the summer, a class card is required. Bank draft is required for payment; in the event that your bank draft is rejected, payment will be processed via the credit card on file with a 4% convenience fee. Cash and/or checks are also acceptable. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Tuition does not vary or pro-rate even in the event of absences. Missed classes can be made up with office permission within weeks of the missed class; there are no refunds for missed classes or dropped classes. Class changes after registration will incur a change fee of $20. Payments made AFTER the 3rd will incur a late fee of $15, and a $fee will be applied to all returned checks. Students will be dropped from a class for accounts unpaid more than days after due date. Parents will be charged a late pifee of $1/minute if they do not pick up their child within minutes after classTADA reserves the right to cancel or change the time of a class due to enrollment of less than students. We ARE refunding this parent the remainder of the three weeks she will not be at the studio in the amount of $56.25, which is an attempt to rectify the situation, even though it is not our policy to do so We are not refunding her the amount of the classes her daughter WAS present for, as she did receive the good services/classes that she paid for The reason she cannot continue to take classes at the studio is because we asked the parent to leave in light of recent aggressive, negative, and slanderous emails, phone calls, social media posts, and comments towards one of our instructors, which is currently ongoing We have asked her not to return, have given the remaining refund due back to her, and consider the matter closed
