Hello Revdex.com NW - We have reached out to this customer via email, we have offered to have the customer return to our facility and work with a graphic artist free of charge for up to one additional hour to adjust the digital capture we provided per her request We hope to hear from the customer soon It should be noted that while the customer says in the complaint they "offered to pay a little extra" - they never actually ordered additional services, which could have been purchased for an additional fee of $per half hour This is clearly stated on our website [redacted] We hope to resolve this issue, and will await a response from the customer Thanks!

It should be noted that while the customer says in the complaint they "offered to pay a little extra" - they never actually ordered additional services, which could have been purchased for an additional fee of $32.50 per half hour.  This is clearly stated on our website [redacted].
We hope to resolve this issue, and will await a response from the customer.
