It is our policy to bill for a call-out charge on all service calls, which we remove if equipment is REPLACED. After a period of 30 days and [redacted] did not contact us to say the advice did not correct the problem, we billed for the call-out charge but no additional on-site charges.

have confirmed with the technician that he did not state there would be no charge, but simply that he would not be collecting at the time of service, since it was a wait-and-see sort of visit. Again, after no concerns were brought up after 30 days, we sent a bill for the initial charge.
After receiving the invoice, when [redacted] contacted our office, we explained the charges to him. We were aware he wasn't happy being charged for the visit, but he gave no indication he wasn't going to pay, nor did he mention further actions.
We certainly wish [redacted] had negotiated this invoice with our office directly, as we do not feel an invoice for $75 is worth arguing over, or contacting the Revdex.com. We have removed the charges from his account.

I would like to add to my complaint that though Northern Energy Systems stated that they would send a refund, they have not. I would guess that they wanted credit for doing what they should have done in the first place, without having to complete the transaction. Please note this on my complaint.
Subject: case # [redacted]At this time (seven days after I/you received a response from Northern Energy) I can neither accept or reject their response. They said they would refund the money yet have not done so. We just checked the mail. Since they are going to send a refund, they asked that I rescind the complaint, yet the refund has not arrived. Now what do I do? Thank you.
