Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with [redacted] from [redacted] yesterday and she said she did NOT agree to replace the shirts [redacted] sold me the blank shirtsIt was not their fault that NW custom Apparel printed the wrong design on the shirts or that the print did not turn out well [redacted] is the rep for both of our companies and he is putting her in awkward position by asking her to resolve and pay for a dispute that has nothing to do with herShe is not in a position to give us free shirts as she is only a sales rep and does not have that authority.I would love to come to a compromise as long as their offer is true and correct Sincerely, [redacted] ***

[redacted] should be satisfied with:- No charge for printing her shirts from NW Custom Apparel ($450.00)Refund of her blank shirts from [redacted] ($425.25)[redacted] to remove Social Media Posts:After [redacted] is satisfied, the employees at NW Custom Apparel would greatly appreciate if shecould remove her comments from Google Reviews and Face book Reviews*Please view attached document.
