I am rejecting this response because: I was promised the notes and the refundNever recieved the notesI was refunded with gas expenses but not the expenses for my
lawyer to have supena him for the notes, which cost me $to pay to my attorneyIf he wants to pay my attorney fees then I will gladly say this case has been resolvedBut without my notes as promised or the attorneys fees paid I would not consider this resolved.?
