indicate that there was a broken part on one of the two Pedicure Spas that required a "special Part Ordered" This part was ordered and the unit was subsequently repairedDowntime for this piece of equipment was relatively shortI am sure that you realize that machines do break and need repair, believe me, I wish they didn't! the right person quickly. It should be obvious that we do not want to delay complainant (ID # [redacted]) payments on this long overdue balance (2yrs and 3 months). As soon as I received your letter I began calling the complainant (ID # [redacted]), however she has not answered the phone nor has complainant (ID # [redacted]) called me back on my personal cell number that I provided in my messages. Thank you for your concern in this matter! Complainant (ID # [redacted]) now has my personal cell# so complainant (ID # [redacted]) will be able to make immediate arrangements to pay her bill.
