Company employee was rude - spoke only by yelling and using foul language (the "f" word). He lunged at me like he was going to strike me. I believe he was angry because he had to interrupt his schedule to do a cleaning job that was supposed to have been completed 3 days prior - but could not do because door was supposedly locked! He left the job uncompleted and told the property manager I had run him off. So not true! I wanted him to complete the job because movers were coming the following day to deliver our furniture and household goods... My intention when I stopped by the house after I got the key was to inspect and be sure everything was set for move in! The first thing he screamed at me was "who are you and what are you doing here". I explained I was the new renter and that I just got the key and stopped by to look. I was actually afraid of him! I left to get my husband and he was gone when we got back. This is the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen or heard of from a reputable company. (I understand the man is the son of the owner - told to me by someone else.)
I will give are side of the story and we had talked to the owner of theproperty and property management. That day they did call us to do it wehad tried to get in twice before always locked. Property manager askedalso if he would do the tile too that day. John was done with the carpetwhen she came in. She started in on him. He ask who she was because theproperty was his first consideration. She said I am the owner and to getthe hell out. He knew she wasn't because we know the owner. She said themoving truck was coming that day. She was using the foul language. Whenshe told him to get out that is what he did. We talked to the owner andtold them we never did the tile. His reply was that's fine. The propertymanager told us that she know he was cleaning so why did she ever gothere, she was not moving in that day.Job for carpet cleaning was completed. John is are only carpettechnician. The owner was ok with the tile not being done.

I am rejecting this response because:
Lies lies lies - he used the foul language - I can't even count the number of times he used the "*" word - I did not. He said he was leaving and I told him to do whatever he needed to do (meaning he could leave if he wanted to). I told him truck was coming "tomorrow" meaning Saturday. At least they admitted there was a problem getting in to get the job done - that was not my problem and I was not aware of it until he told me so - screaming,
I refuse to get into a pissing match with this company! It is not worth my time! The black stains that were on the carpet have reappeared - especially in left bedroom so he was obviously not "done"! I would not recommend this company to anyone - and I certainly don't want them back on my property - PERIOD! "John's" customer service and ability to complete a job are substandard to say the least!
