I received the rest of the money the dealership has taken possession of the car and the deal should be unwound and case resolved

[redacted] purchased a vehicle from us with full knowledge of the rebuilt title status. Ms [redacted] left with out providing any paystubs or insurance switched over to the car. She promised she would switch everything over that night. Sales staff and management called multiple times daily to get...

the requested docs from her with no answer or reply. When a text was sent saying we were going to report the vehicle stolen she quickly became cooperative. Despite her cooperation her pay stubs did not add up as was submitted to the bank and the bank then wanted a larger down payment to match her monthly income. Ms [redacted] became very hostile and demanded that we were running a scam and she wanted her down payment back 100 percent. 1300 dollars was offered to her because the vehicle was extremely dirty inside and had excessive miles on the car.
