Northwest Auto Liquidators

I bought an SUV from Northwest Auto Liquidators in May 2014. At the time of purchase, I was promised the title would be sent to the department of licensing within a month, it took them two months. I was also promised a set of floor mats and that he would send them to me the next week. Here it is almost five months later and still no floor mats. I was told that the oil was changed the day I picked it up, but when I checked the oil a month later it was black. It definitely had not been changed like I had been promised. I have called at least 15 times about these issues and was told that I would be called back, but was not. I can't even explain how frustrating it is to be lied to and ignored, repeatedly. I will never buy from them again and have told others to stay away from them.
