I had previously submitted a complaint (ID [redacted]) regarding unsolicited sales calls. The resolution of that complaint was that the dealership would remove me from their call list. At 9:42am EST on Feb-12 (Today) I received a phone call from [redacted] representing themselves as Beaver County Chrysler Jeep Dodge. The nature of the call is the same as all others, asking if I still own my 2014 Dodge Charger because they would like to purchase it from me. I explained to the person that I have requested to be removed from this call list repeatedly and even contacted the Revdex.com regarding this issue. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have had no contact with BCCJD since the complaint was filed initially yet their abusive and intrusive calls continue. To honor my request, and the request of all persons, to discontinue unsolicited sales calls.

July 5, 2017In reference to complaint ID# [redacted], [redacted] was aware of thevehicle condition at the time of delivery. He inspected the vehicle and we madehim aware that we were selling the vehicle in the condition it was in.Sincerely,PJ L[redacted]Owner
Revdex.com, I was told by the salesman, Mike M[redacted], that because of my credit, I would only be approved for my car loan if I purchased the service agreement for the amount of $2442.00. I was recently refunded $1996.11 for this agreement, but told that I could not have a full refund. I purchased the gap insurance willingly, so the amount in the original complaint was my mistake. Because I was lied to about being required to purchase the service contract in order to obtain the loan, I am currently still owed $445.89.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

We have asked [redacted] if she wants to trade this vehicle. I have spoken to herpersonally, as have my service writer and manage, so I do not understand her “decency to callback” comment.I will gladly work with her personally if she truly wants to trade this vehicle.
