Review: Since December 2013 I have attempted to call this entity, leaving messages (3 so far, 1 each month) regarding a bill for services performed at an [redacted] hospital back in August 2013. No calls have been returned, bills keeping coming, and in addition I learned they cashed our insurance company's check and have yet to show the payment reflected on our bill.Desired Settlement: I want a call back to discuss our matter and will handle it on a personal level. I find this practice very irresponsible and disrespectful.

RE: Follow Up to ID [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted],
We are writing in response to the letter we received regarding consumer complaint ID [redacted].
We would like to update you regarding the resolution of this matter. It seems that our original
response may not have reached you. RevCycle+, Inc. handles billing matters for Northwest Acute Care.
The patient's parent wrote the Revdex.com regarding a billing question and a
complaint regarding poor customer service. The patient's parent was having trouble reaching a
customer service agent in the RevCycle+, Inc. billing office.
Initially, we were unable to identify the listed customer as a patient in our system. Upon further
investigation, we identified that the customer listed on your complaint was the parent of a patient seen
at the Oregon facility. On April 4, 2014, we contacted the patient's parent, discussed her concerns, and
resolved the outstanding payment matter. The patient's insurance company paid a portion of the bill
and the remainder of the bill was appropriately adjusted off. The patient's mother was satisfied with
the resolution. No further payments are outstanding and no additional action was requested by the
patient's mother. The patient's desired settlement was a call back to discuss the matter. We have
followed up on this matter in the manner requested by the customer and believe the issue is now
closed.
We thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. If you have any additional questions,
please contact me at ###-###-####.
Sincerely,
Assistant General Manager
