I hired *** Garcia's North Roofing for repairs after the hailstorm over a year agoI thought the job was done well, until this past months rain stormsWater was coming though my bedroom ceilingAfter calling ***, he agreed to come out and look at itHe showed me that the seal between the chimney and shingles was not there, thus causing the leakI asked if this was maybe forgotten during the jobHe tellS me "My guys are too experienced to do that" and that "it must of been missing prior" to North Stars workLuckily, I had photos from my home inspection less than two years priorAnd, what do you know..THERE WAS A SEAL before his roofing repairs
After contacting him again with these photos, he then told he would come out and solve the issue, never cameI emailed to let him know if they did not come back to work with me about completing the job and/or payment for damages I would seek legal action, he replied he would be out ASAP to solve the issueno show againDO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK!! He was fast to take my money, but absolutely refused to complete the job, take responsibly, or even come out to talk about how we could solve this out of courtI DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO CARES ABOUT THIER HOME OR THEIR MONEY!!!!
