Buying my second vehicle from Fivestar was one of the biggest life lessons I have learned. I am a 20 year old university student ***.
After constantly harassing me, calling me saying they could save me money on interest, I agreed to come in to see how they could do that. *** I was mislead and tricked ***, I lost over $10,000 on the vehicle I bought from them 8 months earlier, they set me up with a horrible insurance company, put me $40,000 in debt (when I could’ve paid $20,000 less if I went anywhere else) and lied to me the whole day I was with them. The entire situation has been nothing but stressful for months. ***.
I looked up to this man as someone I could trust and he let me down
