I am writing to make a public statement regarding DLM Roofing, Owner Daniel L*** MrLucero is a licensed NM RooferHe and I went into a contract in November guaranteeing work and material for minimum yearsThe "certified cool roof coating" applied began bubbling and peeling in less than a year making the already leaking problem even worseHe failed to respond to my numerous callsIt took to months and the intervention of the person who recommended him to me, to finally respond and inspect the workHis solution to the problem was to pay him again to redo the work!!!! I refusedTherefore I am alerting potential customers to refrain the services of Daniel L*** and DLM RoofingHis work and material are poor quality and more importantly, he fails to uphold his contract or attempt to refund any part of the money paid him
