I have no vested interest in making a false claim against this business. His response indicated that he tags each machine for repair. It that was true I would not be making a claim. No tag was place on my power-washer when I was in the shop. He gave me a tear ticket number from the bottom of the receipt and proceeded to assist the next customer. I stand by my complaint because the power-washer I brought in was not the one I received back. I brought in a new machine that sat in the garage for a year and would not start. The one I got back had obvious wear and tear from use that mine did not. I called after arriving home a noticing the difference in machines. I asked if he gave me the correct the machine and about the looseness of the wheels. Also, I asked if he remove solution reservoir because it was disconnected and not seated in the proper position, he stated he did not. Mine was connected when it went in. Additionally, I let him know it would not spray the solution in the tank. His comment was “you wanted a running machine”. In addition, I called the next day and left an extensive message on the business phone stating my dissatisfaction and requested a call back to get this matter resolved, no one returned my call.Sincerely,[redacted]

out. I have a lot better ones here. Why would I do this? We tag everything that comes in so this doesn't happen. It costs more to fix the pump than its worth. I have been in business for 15 years.
