Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:We never finalized what they were going to do, so I still to this day don't know what they're working on. And it's now been 12 weeks. I'm sorry they lost all their employees but several times they have promised to call and did not. I don't think the complaint should be closed until they deliver what they promised.
