headstone not placed for father who passed [redacted] in June 2013. Our father passed away June 20, 2013. His arrangements were prepaid with Northridge Woodhavan Funeral Home and Cemeteries in [redacted] Tn. As of date, we have been unable to get his headstone . We have spoke with numerous persons at the funeral home/cemetary office. We have been repeatedly told it was on order, reordered, forgot to be ordered and numerous other excuses.........It mid Jan. 2014 Ms. [redacted] said that it in fact the stone had not been ordered and they would order it under "rush" status immediately and that it would take approx. one month. At this time, Ms. [redacted] informed us they were under new management and would handle our situation immediately. We gave them extra time due to bad weather and then when we spoke with Mrs. [redacted] again, she stated we misunderstood. She stated it would take longer and assured us the stone would be here in March. To this date, we do not have a stone. This is going into the ninth month.
