I had a salesman from Mirage Pools to my house when we were thinking about putting a pool inHe asked at the end of his visit if we would like to lock in the "winter price special" by writing a check for $for him to holdHe assured me if we changed our minds we would get the check backHe also stated if we went through with the pool build that we would have to give Mirage the opportunity to beat any other company's estimateIf they couldn't then I get the check back
I was very surprised to see the check get cashed days laterI spoke to people at Mirage over the past year and was told that it was best to have them hold the check because "pool prices have gone up and if they refund my money I'd have a higher estimate"
We decided not to put a pool in due to my husband losing his good paying job and not finding something to replace the same incomeI called to get a refund of my $and they told me that they won't refund me the money! Even though I never had a pool put in
