Northern Valet

I went to casino woodbine on march 1st parked my car with valet advised the valet I left the key on the roof of the car and he said no problem when I came to pick up my car it took 25 mins to get it and I was asked where the key is and they could not find it however after 30 minutes they found my key on the floor all smashed up.

I contacted northern valet and spoke to matthew h. who flat out called me a *** and didnt respect anything I had to say to avoid any costs for them.

Jay from valet gave me a business card which was to a company that wasnt even affiliated with them. ***

I would like a new key.
