They would not refund or exchange a generator I bought. After only having 2 weeks.On July 3rd I called and checked on prices for a generator. I found one at northern tools for 450.00. After purchasing that day I used it and had no problems with it 2 weeks later July 16 it quit working so we take it back and they said there was a hole in it and they do not cover any oil or gas products so we were out the 490 something dollars.They said there was to much oil in generator but we did as instructed. They did offer to sell me a motor for 300. I think it's ridiculous they have no way to help the customers. I am disabled and that was all of check. I had been struggling and then to find out I can't exchange or get a refund. No wonder this company is not bab accredited.Desired SettlementI want my money back. This will keep me and others from ever shopping there again. I would have taken an exchange but now want money back.
