Purchasers will come back to our company when their tax bills are assessed thousands of dollars for delinquent water and sewer bills.? Furthermore, Mr*** did not transfer the water and sewer into his name for these properties and? balances continued to accumulate.? He received a disconnection notice for the ***? property.? ?
